How does billing work - is it per unit or per estate?

Can residents pay their dues in naira?

Yes. All charges, invoices and payments are handled in naira, and residents can see exactly what they owe from their phone.

Does the gate really work without internet?

Yes. The gatehouse verifies visitor codes offline and syncs the log automatically when the connection returns - so entry never stops because the network did.
